The member must be present as a driver or passenger in an eligible vehicle. A spouse or another household driver needs their own enrollment; the primary card is not transferable. Higher tiers increase benefit limits, not the number of people automatically covered.
Vehicle profiles help identify the car needing assistance. Every personal tier can save up to three vehicles. More than three saved vehicles is a Fleet account requiring a separate arrangement.
Proposed Ghana launch terms. Monthly dues cover one primary driver; each additional household driver is priced separately. The proposed primary allowance is 4 calls per 12-month membership year, not per month; each enrolled associate has 2. A tow consumes a call. The Premium 320 km tow is shared once per household per membership year. Distance is one-way by road. The member must be present as driver or passenger with owner authorization. Up to 3 saved vehicles is a personal account; more than 3 requires a separate Fleet arrangement. Fuel, parts, repairs, excess distance and work outside benefits need a separate approved quote. Published service-area/provider availability restrictions apply. No guaranteed arrival time. No active membership or billing during preparation. See the proposed activation and cancellation policy below.
After enrollment opens, identity verification and confirmed payment are required. Basic benefits start 24 hours after payment. Standard/Premium enhanced benefits start after 7 full days; only Basic benefits apply from hour 24 until then. The same waiting periods apply to new household members, rejoining after a lapse and benefit upgrades. Existing lower-tier benefits remain during an upgrade wait. Dates and times are shown in Ghana time (GMT).
Basic: up to 5 km per eligible tow. Standard: up to 160 km. Premium: up to 160 km, plus one tow up to 320 km shared by the entire household per membership year. A tow uses one service call; the longer tow is not an extra call. The primary member has 4 calls and each enrolled associate has 2 per membership year. Upgrades, adding a driver or leaving/rejoining do not reset an existing household membership-year allowance. Distance is the one-way road distance from the breakdown to the agreed destination, not a straight-line radius. Excess distance and recovery work need a separate approved quote. Coverage is limited to published Ghana service areas and available qualified providers; these distances do not promise nationwide service or an arrival time.
Each tier includes one primary member. An additional household driver costs GH₵ 140/month on Basic, GH₵ 230/month on Standard or GH₵ 440/month on Premium. Up to 10 associates aged 18 or older may apply, using the same permanent household address and tier; identity and eligibility checks apply. Each must be separately enrolled and present with the vehicle for service. The household shares the primary membership-year end date. Mid-period additions are prorated for the remaining paid period; yearly call limits are not monthly allowances. Up to 3 saved vehicles remains a personal account; more than 3 requires a separate Fleet arrangement.
Joining or upgrading does not cover a breakdown that already happened. During a waiting period, a separate standalone service can be requested at an agreed prepaid price, subject to provider availability. A standalone payment does not activate membership early or count as membership dues.
Proposed monthly membership renews only with explicit payment authorization. Cancel renewal before the next payment is due; there is no cancellation penalty or obligation to pay future months. Benefits continue until the paid-through date unless immediate cancellation is requested under a refund right. After the cooling-off period, ordinary monthly dues are not prorated for unused days. Removing an associate or downgrading takes effect at the next paid-period boundary. Cancelling the primary membership also ends its household add-ons. No renewal mandate is created by saving interest.
Proposed customer guarantee: cancel within 7 days of joining for a full refund if no membership service has started or been used. If service has begun, the request is reviewed under applicable Ghanaian consumer rights; early service is not treated as an automatic waiver. A prepaid annual membership may be cancelled for a daily prorated refund of the unused paid term, less only agreed outstanding charges where lawful. Annual dues are 12 times the monthly rate with no assumed discount. Approved refunds return to the original MoMo/card payment method. Duplicate/unauthorized charges, unavailable paid services and any mandatory cancellation/refund rights are handled separately; these terms do not restrict those rights.
This is the proposed launch policy. Membership checkout, household enrollment, benefit activation, renewal cancellation and refunds are not enabled by this page. Saving interest does not accept a contract, enroll other drivers or authorize payment. Final Ghana service areas, support contacts and locally reviewed terms must be published before enrollment opens.
Pay per service at the proposed standalone rates below. Compare these with the monthly plans when choosing the support that suits your driving.
